I have been selling real estate in Owatonna and the surrounding communities for over 20 years. I have worked mostly with the sale and purchase of homes, but have also worked with rural properties, commercial properties, vacant land, business purchase, tax exchange and new construction transactions.
I enjoy the close bonds that are naturally created when working with people at this most exciting and, at times, extremely stressful time in their lives. My goal is to absorb and deflect as much of the stress as possible and at the same time accentuate the fun parts of the process. Over the course of the last 20 years, I have developed good working relationships with the other professionals involved from the loan officer to the closing attorney, so that together we can achieve a smoothly run transaction.
My husband Kent, a native of Rochester, moved here in 1980 to start his law practice so we both have been active in the Owatonna business community for a long time.
We enjoy gardening, hosting foreign exchange students and adults, playing with out great, big, shaggy dog and we love to travel.
