My name is Kathy Purdie and I have worked in real estate for 5 years in the Owatonna area. I am a member of Minnesota Realtors Association, National Realtor’s Association, Minneapolis area, Northstar MLS, and local, SEMAR MLS. Currently I am one of the Tri-chairpersons for the Owatonna Realtors serving on the Membership committee.
I am dedicated to my clients as they buy and sell properties. Because I have lived in the Owatonna area since 1975, I have knowledge of Owatonna and surrounding communities to share with my clients. I enjoy the process of meeting my clients and bringing them to a successful closing. I am proud to say that my motivation, integrity, and professionalism have brought me referrals from past clients as I put your best interests first.
My spare time is spent with Greg and our dog, Rupert. I have 5 awesome grandchildren and two daughters. I have participated in Leadership Owatonna, currently am President of Little Theatre of Owatonna.
